The Millboro Volunteer Fire Association will hold a horseshoe tournament and free yard sales at the Industrial Park in Millboro on Saturday; tournament proceeds benefit Phil Jarvis who was seriously injured on the job, Sept. 19. Jarvis is from Timber Ridge but works as a lineman for the BARC in Millboro, will be out of work for quite some time and has a family with children to support; sign-up at 9 a.m. and play at 10 a.m. ; $5 fee per person; more information, call 691-7067.
