Invista a gold sponsor for Riverfest

Invista will be one of the three gold sponsors of Waynesboro’s Riverfest, to take place April 26 along the South River in downtown Waynesboro.
The company has been a gold sponsor for the past two years. Other gold sponsors include DuPont and Parrott Orthodontics.
“Invista and its employees have demonstrated to us that they are committed to doing their part to maintain and improve the environment and the community,” said Urbie Nash, Riverfest board member in a statement. “We are grateful for their support and concern.”
Mike Laczynski, Invista’s Waynesboro site manager, said the company strives for environmental excellence.
The event is free and takes place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
