Starbucks in region to stay open

The Starbucks stores in the Augusta County region will be staying open.
Five Virginia stores will be among the approximately 600 that will close, including ones in Fredericksburg, Gainsville, Hampton, Newport News and Winchester, according to a store closure list the company released. The stores are slated to close sometime between now and the rest of the year.
There are two Starbucks in Waynesboro, on Rosser Avenue and in the Target at the Waynesboro Town Center. There is another Starbucks store in Staunton on Richmond Road.
