The Augusta County Sheriff’s Office arrested Arthur Kahil, 58, of Waynesboro, on Saturday, after he forced his way into a Crimora home, assaulted a woman and resisted arrest.
Kahil was hit with a stun gun during the arrest for failing to comply with orders.
“He was on the porch raising cane,” said Lt. D.M. Back.
The sheriff’s office reported Kahil was attempting to speak with a juvenile girl at a home on Rock Wall Lane, but was asked to leave by a woman blocking the door. He entered the house and a “mild altercation” followed before the juvenile and woman exited the house.
Kahil is being held at Middle River Regional Jail in Verona.

Unlike Harrisonburg, this sounds like a reasonable use of electricity, the beautiful electromagnetism.
