Waynesboro police found cocaine and a 10-year-old child in the vehicle of 40-year-old Sandra Lynne Moore Tuesday.
The woman faces charges of cocaine possession, refusing a blood/breath test, DUI, driving on a suspended license and contributing to the deliquency of a minor, authorities said.
The DUI charge carries an additional fine if convicted because the passenger was a child under 17. Moore is out on bond.
