    Juvenile charged in Ivanhoe Avenue fire
    A 17-year-old male juvenile was charged Tuesday by Waynesboro police with setting a moped on fire and then causing an apartment fire that burned out three apartment residences on Ivanhoe Avenue.
    Cause of Sunday’s apartment building fire remains uncertain
    Authorities focused much of their attention around the blackened metal skeleton of a moped propped against the back of the building. That's where firefighters battling the blaze Sunday had chopped splintered holes into the structure.
