A grand jury indicted a Stuart’s Draft man Monday on 100 charges relating to child pornography and sexual abuse.
Scott Forrester, 38, was arrested April 7 after police executing a search warrant found thousands of pornographic images, some involving minors, on computer disks in his mobile home near Stuart’s Draft High School. They also seized a video camera.
Forrester was originally charged with 32 counts of production of child pornography and one count of indecent liberties with a child for pictures he allegedly took and posted to the Internet of a three-year-old girl. The grand jury handed down indictments for an additional 67 charges of possession of child pornography for images later found on the disks, police said.
“We haven’t even looked on his computer hard drive yet,” said Investigator Brian Jenkins of the Augusta County Sheriff’s Department. Additional charges may follow, he said.
Scott is also facing charges in Delaware for pornographic images he allegedly produced of himself and a 15-year-old girl, police said.
If convicted, Forrester faces a minimum of 115 years in prison for the Augusta County production of child pornography charges alone, Jenkins said.
