Well, Waynesboro, you have spoken. Overwhelmingly, at that! Now, in a couple of months - when you’re “paying less taxes” (you do remember the last time we put a man in the WHite House that promised “Read my lips, No New Taxes”, what happened? Oh yes… taxes went up.) And while Mayor Lucente is basking in his glory making crooked deals behind your back with Manager Reo and trusty Chief Allen saying, “Yes, Boss” over and over… I hope you don’t notice your services being reduced, your infrastructure crumbling and ALL those new businesses saying, “No Thanks, we’ll set up in Staunton, they seem to have their act together.”! You WILL get what you paid for… a platform of NOTHING! From the 26% of us who thought this city had a vision: Thanks for nothing.

Congratulations to Mr. Lucente and Mr. Allen. Maybe with Mr. Williams this new majority can turn Waynesboro around and stop all the spending. The tax payers cannot afford anymore.
