STAUNTON - A male nurse already deemed a public danger by state health officials will serve no jail time for a sexual relationship with a female Western State Hospital patient. In an agreement with Staunton prosecutors, Ernest M. Barela pleaded guilty to a single charge of consensual sodomy in return for a 3-year suspended jail sentence
No bond in kidnapping case
