To the residents of Waynesboro,

The Waynesboro Commission for the Elderly is charged by the Waynesboro City Council "to study and analyze the conditions and needs of the elderly" within the city. The commission would like to know what needs of the elderly are not already being met by neighbors, friends, churches, or the many social agencies available.

No complete mailing list for the elderly is available, making it difficult to assess their needs. The commission has requested that The News Virginian help it secure this information by inserting this simple form for the elderly to use to supply information concerning their needs.
