Bruno would bring balance to council

I attended Wednesday night’s forum and I would like to thank The News Virginian and NBC 29 for the event (“Candidates talk money,” April 24). Based on the performance Wednesday night, I have decided to support Ward B candidate Greg Bruno.
He is articulate, well-reasoned and intelligent. His experience working on the Planning Commission demonstrates his ability to work on complex issues and balance them to best serve the interests of the people.
Since he does not belong to any special-interest group, he will provide the balance that the council needs.
