After reading Nelson Graves’ column, I must say he may want to recompose himself. The article was perfectly fine until his last paragraph.

This election was supposed to be based on equality not race. For a man of his position, director of the Virginia Minority Supplier Development Council, to make that statement is just unbelievable. He is supposed to be educated and professional. These comments do not display that quality.

Yes it is OK to be proud, but do it with dignity, because he needs to remember there are a lot of white, Asian, Latino, Puerto Rican as well as other races in America that support Obama.
