Circuit Court Judge Victor Ludwig refused Friday to grant an injunction against Sixth District Republican Committee chairman Fred Anderson regarding his power to unseat elected delegates to Saturday’s Sixth District Convention and unseat Augustsa County Republican chairman Kurt Michael.

The 6th District Republican Committee will meet May 2 in Lexington to decide who is chairman of the Augusta County Republican Committee. Both Larry Roller of Mount Sidney and incumbent Chairman Kurt Michael are claiming leadership of the committee, but 6th District Chairman Fred Anderson said the ultimate decision will be up the 6th District Committee.
