Even though heavy rains pounded the area Friday night into early morning, the Outlaw Karting Series officials were able to get the track dried and get Saturday’s race in without any more rain falling. The Mikes Tire & Auto Blue Plate division ran a 25-lap feature and despite the best efforts of point leader Shawn Walker, Garrett Boxley came away the winner giving someone other than Walker the win for the first time this season. Walker finished second
with Jesse Snow third, Brooke Coffey in her new kart fourth and John Goin fifth.

Purple Plate racing saw Hunter Koschara continued his domination over the class getting his fourth win this year and extending his point lead over second place. Quin Houff ran second with Chris Lilly coming in third, Cody Woodward fourth and Dylan Saul fifth.

Dylan Johnson grabbed his first Gold Plate win in an exciting finish with Eric Sivers chasing Johnson to the line. Sivers finished second with Tim Weaver finishing third, Jacob Lilly fourth and Travis Conner fifth.

The Pro Kart Lite feature saw Billy Horton return to victory lane with brother Barry once again chasing him to the line. Chad Kennedy ran close but finished third.

Justin Morris came in fourth with Matt Anderson in tow in fifth.

Adam Meek once again ran to the checkers in front of Wayne Falls who finished second in the Pro Medium division feature. Ricky Huffman pulled in third with Jim Whetzel fourth and David Sivers fifth.

Wayne Falls came back in the Pro Heavy feature and did what everyone is used to seeing which is winning. David Whetzel fell in behind Falls in second while Chuck Harris finished third. Jerry Via came home fourth and Shawn Keith rounded out the top five.

In Jr Champ racing it was Kyle Brown finishing in front for the checkers with Hunter Koschara and Cody Cubbage finishing two-three.

In Sr Champ feature racing Mike Benson took the checkers with Brandon Allen chasing in second while Mark Baker came across third.

Wayne Falls took his second checkers of the day in the Outlaw Open Adult division finishing ahead of Sherry Johnson and Aaron Weaver.
