Wilson Memorial won its fourth straight Shenandoah District title on Thursday night, sweeping Stonewall Jackson 25-15, 25-17, 25-16 in Quicksburg.

WEYERS CAVE – Waynesboro senior Edward Ennis felt a little queasy and had a slight temperature, yet still managed to gut it out for an eighth-place finish and a Region III berth Wednesday.

Fulk, Figgatt will battle for the title

It’s what every cross country runner has worked toward this season, a chance to win today’s Southern Valley District Championship in Weyers Cave.

Bison have to get by Green Hornets

The Buffalo Gap boys cross country team will defend its district title today in Quicksburg. All seven runners made the top 15 list last season and Ryan Pyles and Nick Corbin are back to try and lead a Bison repeat with their veteran experience and leadership.
